Type Locality and Naming
Li Basin (NW Thailand, Inthanon Zone), Lamphun province. Type locality: Mae Taeng district, Chiang Mai province by Piyasin (1972). (Unnamed in Li Basin, so this name is projected from the northern en echelon Chiang Mai basin).
Synonym: กลุม่หินแม่แตง, Mae Taeng Gr
